After the last few years, many people vowed to do more of the things they enjoy and less of the things they don’t. And let’s face it: for most of us, scrubbing the shower is on that second list—and, unfortunately, showers don’t clean themselves.
The good news is that ShowerGuard™ glass can help make cleaning easy!
ShowerGuard glass has a permanent, protective surface layer, which makes it smoother and more resilient than standard glass. That means it's more difficult for impurities like limescale and soap residue to embed. As a result, ShowerGuard glass can be restored to its original condition with regular standard cleaning.
That patented technology also means ShowerGuard glass is easy to clean.
A soft cloth or wet sponge and following our cleaning recommendations, are all you need to keep your ShowerGuard glass enclosure looking like the day it was installed.
Here are our cleaning recommendations, which vary depending on the type of water. If you’re not sure what water you have, the second column should help you decide.

Cleansing frequency recommendations are only guidelines. The actual cleansing frequency will depend on humidity, degree of water hardness, shower temperature, and other factors. In cases of extremely high silica, it may be helpful to use the abrasive side of a Scotch-Brite Non-Scratch Sponge as needed.
After all, you have better things to do than scrubbing shower glass. Why not stop corrosion before it starts?
Styles change. But ShowerGuard glass stays beautiful for life.
